Who we are
We at Hendricks Manor House are a team of two.
John Gier is the manager of Hendricks Manor House, LLC. After years of buying and flipping houses through his business, Cash4Houses, LLC., he then tried his hand at flipping a property much closer to home. Hes active in the community and an avid out door concert enjoyer, specifically at Music in Mason. Which is just a minutes walk from the property.
Barbara Gier is the owner of the Hendricks Manor itself. This property was first Barbara’s family home, where she grew up with her two brothers, mother, and father. She is a lover of books and regularly participates in local horse shows with her horse, Princess.
They both are proud grandparents to four grandchildren.
Where we started
The manor itself was built in 1898 and at first was a carriage house, where the first owner would make carriages for the locals of Mason. It was then owned by two more families in the Hendricks Family before it was then bought by Barbara’s family in 1963. From then on it has been a house that homed joy, love, and life for the Hendrick’s family. It now however, is the manor in which Hendrick’s Manor House is named. After working on the house for three years, John, Barbara, and her brother Carl, finally completed the re-instillation of the house to its previous glory. Transforming the historic home into a historic stay.
